Get enough people together and they start truely believing that "they" are right and everyone else is wrong. That grows stronger and stronger because now they have someone to shout "YA" with them. They're one of the strongest forces in existence against bigotry. If anyone were thinking, "Hey I don't care for them gays," all they have to do is to look at the toothless Kooks from Kansas. I suspect they've opened more doors for tolerance for homosexuality than anyone in the world. Not that they themselves were smart enough to have worked this out intentionally, but the byproduct is irrefutable. I think they’re great. For once, I'd love to see the RIAA exact it's special kind of vengeance. On a side note, I also wonder if these people have ever read the New Testament. They seem to base everything on Mosaic law (which was overturned by Jesus). Since they seem to live by Leviticus, I hope they don't eat pork, shrimp, crab, or lobster.... because that's a sin under Mosaic law. Many of the church's second generation are lawyers. I wonder if they're aware of music publishing laws. Even fair use for parody and criticism doesn't protect them in this instance.
